Marketplace & Escrow
Listings represent digital or social assets offered by sellers. Purchases may be protected by escrow according to the workflow shown at checkout and in your order. Funds may be released to the seller after agreed milestones or dispute resolution.
Payments
We may accept payments via supported gateways (such as Stripe or bKash). Transactions are processed securely by those providers under their terms.
Refunds & Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on order status, escrow stage, and whether delivery or transfer obligations were met. Raise issues through support or the dispute flow described in your order.
Intellectual Property & Account Transfers
You must only list assets you are authorised to sell. Buyers and sellers are responsible for lawful transfer of accounts or assets according to platform rules and applicable third‑party terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoMine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trades between users or from third‑party platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved as described in our policies or by competent courts where required.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
